Neda Carter was born in Khorramabad, Iran, and moved to Tehran with her family at the age of six, where she grew up and completed her primary education. Today she lives in Texas with her husband, Daytaan Timothy Carter, and is the mother of a newborn son, Dessiah Tiam Carter. Her life bridges two worlds—her Iranian upbringing and her God-led journey to the United States—shaped by resilience, responsibility, and a calling to serve others.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Pure Chemistry and began her professional life working in the commercial department of a textile dye manufacturing company. At age 33, through what she recognizes as divine intervention, she immigrated to the United States. She has since built a new life in Texas, where she owns and operates a freight transportation company.

A BUSINESS BUILT WITH PURPOSE

From the beginning, Neda and her husband shared a mission that went far beyond financial success: to help people rebuild their lives. With the trucks and equipment they acquired, they intentionally opened the door to individuals whom society often overlooks—especially men and women recently released from prison.

This wasn’t a gesture of charity; it was a deliberate decision rooted in conviction.
They believe every human being, regardless of their past, deserves a real opportunity to start again. Many of the individuals who came to them had been rejected repeatedly due to their criminal records. Neda and her husband chose to do the opposite: extend trust where others withheld it.

The impact has been tangible. Drivers who join their team grow not only financially, but emotionally and socially. They find stability, dignity, and a sense of belonging. As the company expands—adding more trucks, more routes, and more team members—its influence continues to spread across numerous U.S. states. With God’s help, international expansion is already on the horizon.

Recently, the company secured a transportation contract with a furniture manufacturer. Three individuals who had just joined after being released from prison are now working on this project—a direct example of how opportunity can transform a life.

In only two years, the business has grown into something more than a company: it has become a family, built on trust, restoration, and second chances.

INSPIRED BY MINISTRY

One of the main drivers behind this business model is her husband’s long-standing prison ministry. For years, he has gone into prisons to teach, encourage, and pray with inmates. Through his ministry, they saw firsthand how difficult reintegration is—and how critical it is that someone, somewhere, chooses to believe in them.

For Neda, the mission is clear:
When people who were once rejected discover a place where they are treated with love, respect, and zero judgment, something shifts inside them.
Self-worth returns. Hope returns. Their future becomes real again.

She believes deeply that if we treat others with dignity—regardless of who they were yesterday—we elevate the entire world. God commands His people to love, support, and build one another, and one day each of us will answer for how seriously we lived out that call.
